Our Silver Spoon Cafe is located inside the McPherson Senior Center but open to the public. We welcome any age with take Out available. We serve our daily special from 11am to 1pm with a suggested donation of $7.00. Our meals are served with mom's kitchen in mind:
Hearty, home cooking by our chef Michael Windom and our kitchen staff and volunteers.

BY THE WEEK

Aerobics Every Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays start at 8:30 end about 9:30 am. Cost is $5.00 per month.

Pool practices every afternoon 12-4

Bingo is every Tuesday. We welcome any donated white elephant prizes! Play for free!

Starting Yahtzee also on Thursday afternoons 1 pm.

Craft club meets 3RD Friday of each month. Project/cost to be determined but is usually around $5.

Cards: 10-point pitch, Phase 10 are now ongoing. Times vary.

Dominos (Mexican Train) have groups Friday 12:00.

First Friday Book Club meets 9 am once a month. Call with questions. They are looking for new members.

GENERAL PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Welcome to McPherson's Senior Center public transportation service! Enjoy convenient rides within city limits for just $1.00 each way. We proudly offer assistance and a chair lift for elderly and handicapped passengers, with door-to-door service available for doctor appointments, work, or visits to the Senior Center—where rides are free! dispatchers are ready to help you schedule your ride from 800 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Plus, we now provide medical transportation to nearby towns like Hutchinson, Salina, Lindsborg, Wichita, and Newton. Call us at 241-1848 to reserve your ride!

CLASSES AND ACTIVITIES
The Center offers recreational facilities and equipment including cards, dominoes, pool tables and different games.
You are invited to use these facilities on a daily basis. We have Aerobics class 3x a week that is well attended.
We also host the Seniors Mid Kansas Pool League that runs from fall to spring. We also have various tournaments and game days planned.
We are always on the look out for new activities so call us and we will try and arrange a group to participate in cards, presentations,etc. Looking for Pinochle players currently.
A variety of books, puzzles and magazines are also available in our reading center to enjoy here or take home.
